For the second year, Babcock Presbyterian Church is sponsoring the Community Coffeehouse concert series. Once a month from September through May, the Community Coffeehouse presents live performances by an eclectic mix of musicians from around the Baltimore area and beyond.
These concerts take place on Friday or Saturday nights, usually in the intimate venue of our downstairs Fellowship Hall, but sometimes in the larger, more open church sanctuary. Friday night concerts start at 8:00 o’clock pm and Saturday night concerts at 7:30 pm.
We offer refreshments before and after the concerts, as well as during intermission; and the performers always offer their own CDs and other items for sale.
Tickets
Tickets are usually $5.00 at the door but, for larger groups of performers or for those traveling from longer distances, can be $10.00 on rare occasions. Without exception, all ticket revenues go to the performers!
