Our Beliefs

 "Is Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior?" is the most important question you could ever answer. Jesus desperately wants to have an intimate and growing relationship with you so you can claim your true identity as a child of God and a follower of Christ. If you are seeking information to help you in your journey, please contact our pastors, they are here to serve you.
What do the Scriptures Teach?
      We are all in need of salvation and we lack the ability to save ourselves no matter how "good" we may be. Even the best swimmer in the world, in trouble out in the ocean, needs outside help, a life saver.
       Christians recognize Jesus Christ as the only one capable of being our lifesaver or Savior.

  • Only Jesus can save and heal us physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We believe, therefore we must accept his invitation to salvation by inviting him to be our life saver and our Lord (or simply put your ultimate boss).
  • Accepting Jesus on his terms guarantees your eternal life and this life begins, not at the moment you die, but right now! You can stop living for yourself and you can start living for Jesus and your neighbor.
  • Accepting Jesus means more than your simple intellectual ascent. It does mean you are willing to trust to him your life and all you hold dear. This means you allow God to change you so you can start becoming more like Jesus.
  • Last but not least, when you accept Jesus your sins are forgiven. Christ died on the cross, taking on in his body and spirit all the sins of the world, yours included. Only God's son could sacrifice himself to bridge the gap between us and God.
  • Why is it so important to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior? Because now you are liberated from the power of sin and death, so you are free to know God and enjoy him forever. You are also freed up to discover your true purpose in life and enjoy him forever. You are also freed up to discover your true purpose in life and then empowered to accomplish that purpose so you can be a blessing to others.

The Apostles' Creed

I believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.

I believe in Jesus Christ, God's only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended to the dead.
On the third day he rose again;
he ascended into heaven,
he is seated at the right hand of the Father,
and he will come again to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. AMEN.
